[MC-2137] No Way to Get Out of Two-Block Deep Water

When standing still at the bottom of two block-deep water, it is impossible to get out and you drown to death. You can still move laterally. This only seems to happen in exactly two-block deep water.

No, not a duplicate. This involves being trapped underwater. You can DROWN without being able to get out.
