Sculk sensors do not detect you hitting the ground underwater

The bug

Have a sculk sensor on the ocean or lake floor and fall next to it in the water. It doesn't detect you hitting the bottom.

 What I thought would happen:

• I would hit the bottom and the sensor will go off.

What happened:

• The sculk sensor did not detect me hitting bottom.

Observed results:

• It detects swimming.
