[MC-214487] Door Split in half

What I expected to happen was...:
The Door To work as it should opening and closing

What actually happened was...:
The bottom opened but not the top

Steps to Reproduce:
Watch https://youtu.be/uEIJ3DVDAPQ?t=2300 and around the time 38:20 the bug happens
