[MC-21449] When horse is on lead, pressing Q will drop it, but lead is still attached

When you have a horse on a lead, and you press drop (Q), the lead item will drop, but the lead will still be attached to you and the horse.

you can also use this to duplicate leads if you have the mob behind a wall and break the lead after dropping the lead you get the lead causing you to have 2 leads from only one
