[MC-214599] There's water in the nether

I was playing on hardcore mode (Seed:1715891065676134350) and when i entered the nether

there was a water source at -272 90 54 flowing down into a lava lake.

Did not try reproducing cuz that wouldtake long...

Please can you check if this is an issue for you again, using the seed and coordinates provided by yourself? I am unable to reproduce this. Are you sure that no player interaction occurred as well?
