I open up the launcher and it starts loading a bit, then Java say's that is not responding.

When I open up the 1.6.1 Launcher, which I have clearly labeled apart from the 1.5.2 Launcher, it loads for a few seconds, and before I can log-in, it stops responding. This happens 4-12 times before it works, and I leave the game up so I do not become frustrated with the Launcher again.
