[MC-214911] /setblock results in "That position is out of this world" even though I can place a block at the location

Using the /setblock command at any location will result in the error message "That position is out of this world" even though it clearly is at a placeable location.

Command: /setblock ~ 230 ~ stone

setblock works for me, but i will admit I have not tried placing a block in the new areas yet

the command works for me even at y=300

Cannot reproduce, that command seems to work just fine.
