[MC-214927] Moss can skip across blocks when spreading

When moss spreads, it can skip across blocks that it can't convert. This way, by bonemealing a moss block, the moss can spread across a non-continuous area of blocks.

I believe the issue here is that moss can skip blocks while spreading, so it doesn't spread across a continuous area. Yes, ores aren't mossifiable and that's intentional, but I'm not sure if moss is supposed to be able to skip blocks like that.
