when placing an observer facing upward it will only face south is this normal or not?
the observer who looks upward seems to be always facing upward south, but never north, east or west.
also I'm still using 1.16.4 but again the option wasn't given so I don't know if it affects 1.16.5
I have seen this, but I don't know that it would be a bug. I think if this was added, it would have no extra use and be just for looks. This is more of a feature than a bug in my opinion.
