***Thank you for telling me my mistake, this isnt a bug, It was a lighting issue. I forgot that was a thing- TvT*

I designed a multi-layer farm that would let you travel up and down it via water flowing down from the highest level, which is watering all the other layers. There are 4 of these water flowing points (It's a big farm), and whenever I have the water flowing down, the middle of the farm will not let me plant any crops, but as soon as I remove the water flowing down, it works fine.

What I expected to happen was...:

To be able to have the flowing water and plant all of the crops

What actually happened was...:
I was unable to plant any crops in the center with the flowing water

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a multi-layer farm (At least 2 blocks high each layer)
2. Put the water 8 blocks away from each other (Maximum range water affects soil is 4)
3. Make sure the water is flowing from the highest layer (at least 2nd)

4. This should trigger the bug, after this, you shouldn't be able to plant crops in the very middle of the farm (Most effective if tested on the lowest layer)

This is because you can't place crops at light levels lower than 9, not anything with the water. if you place a torch (or other light source), it should work.

Yes, please check whether all the crops have enough light.

If that's the case, please provide some screenshots.
