Light from beacon penetrates through the powder snow

When we power the beacon and put powder snow on it, it doesn't disconnect, but snow block turn off beacon.

Can confirm.

Powder snow is a transparent block, so beacon beams should be able to pass through it. As for snow blocks, that may be a bug.
