What I expected to happen was...
That spamming a water bucket underwater wouldn't result in anything special.
What actually happened was...:
I spammed to pick up and place water while standing on some sea grass. My oxygen started replenishing itself underwater.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to get on a 1 tall sea grass block (sometimes works with just air somehow)
2. Spam to pick up and place water as fast as you can and you'll start gaining oxygen if you are in the block you are spamming it in.
