So I was (Messing) doing stuff in my new world, (it is a completely new world, NOT upgraded from 21w06a) when I was spamming lava on the ground, and I accidentally made a ghost lava source block. This block wouldn't appear until you take it with a bucket. I DON'T KNOW HOW I DID IT but I did (somehow)
