Whenever I open minecraft through the library directly, it never opens up the launcher and instead opens up two background instances (as shown in the screenshot).

I'm aware this is a duplicate by the way. But the solutions for the duplicates didn't work. I've tried reinstalling, restarting, checking for corrupted files, running as administrator, etc. Nothing worked.
