[MC-216430] Cactus in a flower pot won't render it's top face if a slab is above it

Placing a slab block above a cactus in a pot disables rendering of it's top face, please see the video attached. This issue was tested only on 1.16.5, no mods or texture packs have been installed.

That ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. Please check the Fix Version/s field in that ticket to see in which version this behavior was or will be fixed.
