When I changed the language into something else than english, the grimstone always has the same name.
How to reproduce
Go to options and change the language.
Find the grimstone (or it's variant) in your inventory.
❌ The grimstone is always "Grimstone".

Translations for languages other than "English (US)" are done by the community and take place on the Crowdin Minecraft Translation Project.
