raid can't start

I want to build a "raid farm"(I don't know how to translate XD), But the raid can't start. First the bar is full red, and then it turns empty, then tell me "win". But there isn't any pillager and other mobs spawn, and I don't get "Hero of the Village". Please watch the video and pictures.

On 0:25 they die instantly on spawn

Your client or launcher is modified. Does this happen when using the vanilla client and launcher and only in that world?

Yes, I used official launcher, vanilla client and created another world, but the bug also happen. You can see video vanilla_1 to 3.
