I am unable to reproduce this issue in 21w19a using the provided seed + coordinates because the world generation has indeed changed in versions above 1.16.5. With that being said, I'm requesting for this ticket to be closed as "Cannot Reproduce".
We usually don't close worldgen related issues in case a seed/coordinate pair became outdated as most likely the issue still exists.
Actually a duplicate of MC-13309; intersecting of these 2 structures in the first place is considered a bug.
Can confirm. Unfortunately, due to the worldgen changes in 1.17, the issue can only be reproduced in 1.16.5 with the provided seed and coordinates.
