I've noticed that all hostile mobs that burn in day do not spawn from a monster spawner during the day, but they do during the night. That is except for the Phantom, which still spawns during the day and then starts burning immediately after spawning. I thought this was rather strange so I thought I'd report it. This is an issue that can easily be recreated with spawn eggs and a mob spawner. I also shared 2 screenshots.
