Cobbled deepslate is rotated randomly unlike cobblestone

This is WAI. Why do you expect them to behave the same? They're completely different textures.

They're both cobble related blocks and the original one does not rotate while the new one does. If it is WAI, so be it, and I would like to see what the devs think of it.

Doesn't cobbled deepslate require no block state? I use block states all the time.
