I proceeded to a 25 x 25 soil coring to see the distribution of the leads. I removed all except the ores and surprise I see a lot of copper but no iron. I reffait it in another biome and similar the only iron to find and the one that is generated with the deepslate.

Same problem here, i found a village and forge for iron, but mine in survival for 20 min to finally go check in spectate, suspecting no iron in the generation, creating 3 worlds to finally find 1 ore beneath Y=0
