Big graphics problems

Whatever I do, so in single player or multiplayer, I have huge graphics problems. Blocs draw lines straight to the sky (exactly like beacons), I don't see a big part of the blocks, they are just invisible, and when I look in a specific direction, many, many points appears on my screen. I have put the graphics options to the fastest i could and this didn't solve the problem. The launcher also have problems with my skin. Since I play Minecraft (1.6.4) I hadn't had that problem.
