[MC-2170] Dispensers are firing towards one side depending on the direction.

Dispensers are firing more towards one side. (South facing dispensers fire items west, West firing North, North firing West, and East firing North)

What I expected to happen was...:
Items would be fired in a mostly straight but random-ish manner,

What actually happened was...:
Dispensed items were staying to one side

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a dispenser is any direction.
2. Put items in it and power it.
3. watch as items shoot towards one side and not the other.

MC-3224 dispensers aren't shooting the entity straight they shoot it to the left or to the right except when you have a block next to it which prevents to that Resolved

Confirmed. It appears they only get north and west velocity when they come out of the dispenser.

Someone reported Nether Stars dispensing to the right on the wiki. After investigating on Minecraft 1.4.5, I discovered all items dispense toward "northeast," or the diagonal between f 1 and 2. This issue should be updated to include 1.4.5 as an affected version. It is unfortunate this has made it into another pre-release .
