So I was going to play Minecraft today and I had to update my launcher 'cause I haven't played for a while, and when it was done, it had to download Optifine 1.16.5 again, even though I had already downloaded it in the past (if this is normal, please tell me). When it was done, it launched, like normal, but then instantly crashed. It launches Vanilla 1.16.5 just fine, but why not Optifine? Is the game corrupted? I would also like to say, I do not have the best computer either.
Update: Minecraft doesn't even launch at all in the stable release (2.2.1862), so, what do I do now?
Update update: I am being too impatient to let Minecraft load, but it still crashes in 2.2.2008 though...

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
