Item disappears when i mine the block

When i mine for example stone, the item disappears before i can pick it up. This happends to all blocks that is in the game. The bug started when snapshot 21w05 came out, (The caves and cliffs snapshot) and has continued all the way to 21w08b. I hope Mojang can fix this because its beginning to annoy me.
