Baby Villagers don't ring bell during a raid

During a raid, baby villagers do not/can not ring the bell.

To test this, simply create a valid village only with baby villagers and then trigger a raid and observe all the baby villagers panic run around the bell as adults do but no ringing occurs.

I would expect them to be able to since they clearly know what a raid is and react to it and that the bell alerts of the raid.
