Nether particles appear under bedrock

In 21w10a, nether biome particles appear under the bedrock bottom layer. In 21w08b this does not happen

I don't see any particles there. Could you provide some screenshots (with f3 enabled)?

I made a mistake, there are particles in both 08b and 10a, when I was testing I had particles turned off in 10a 🙂
