[MC-218886] Launching Minecraft loads to 80-90ish % then stops and when I click says "unresponsive"

My java version of Minecraft won't load when I launch it loads to about 80-90ish % then when ever I click it says "not responding" if you would like to contact me Mojang I could send video evidence. If anyone else is having this problem leave a comment. I have deleted Minecraft and reinstalled still no progress.

Cannot reproduce with my setup. I have a hp Omen pc. AMD Radeon RX 580, and Ryzen 5 1400.

Mine was doing the same, but now its just going to a blank screen. When I close the software I get a message stating "The software was closed because an error occurred." However, no error code is displayed. Frustrating!
