When lava pools generate under Water pools, the water just floats above the lava.

Um pal. Wrong bug report selection. This is the bedrock bug report area, go to https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MC/summary for java bugs. 

BusTester, they are meaning that in worldgen. They just put java in, too. This is a real bug.
