The eyes of some entities can be seen through powder snow/lava

The Bug:

The eyes of some entities can be seen through powder snow/lava.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Spawn several spiders in a large area of powder snow or lava.
  → ❌  Notice how their eyes are visible.

Information:

This did not happen in 21w08b. This issue can be seen with all mobs with "glowing eyes". These mobs include endermen, phantoms, spiders and there's probably more.
