help im stuck in the end

im stuck in the end and was spawning the ender dragon and in the midle of it i logged off and then i came back on and the crystals were not doing anything and i was stuck in the end the crystals were not making more crystals on the other obsidian towers
so now im stuck in the end i hope you can help
