[MC-219321] Spruce trees replace blocks made of blackstone in Modified Jungle Edge biome

Spruce trees replace blocks made of blackstone in Modified Jungle Edge biome. No idea why it does this, and after testing it only works on about 50% of seeds. This is really strange, it only happens with spruce trees and only works with blackstone related blocks (blackstone bricks, stairs, slabs, blackstone, cracked, etc). Does not replace gilded blackstone. Only works when growing a spruce tree with bonemeal not natural growth

Please provide the following information about the world you are playing in as text. Attaching a screenshot showing them is not enough.

World Type:
- "Default" if you have not chosen one when creating the world.
- For "Superflat": Additionally provide the generation preset.
- For "Buffet": Additionally provide the generator type and biome you have selected.
Additional generation settings (in case you changed them): E.g. "Generate Structures", "Bonus Chest", ...
Seed: Can be obtained by using the /seed command and clicking on the message in chat
Coordinates: Can be copied to clipboard by pressing F3 + C
