realm bug

bought a realm, friend keeps getting kicked for Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed, i don't tho, waste of 10$, people have been saying this is a issue from mojang and from what it seems on reddit this is a known bug for atleast 8 months and there has been no fix
