[MC-219451] Game crashes upon loading or creating world

Game crashes upon loading or creating world. I ahve tried to reinstall game along with erasing everything in the .mincraft folder.

None of the solutions on the issue: "MC-34749 Hopper: java.lang.IllegalStateException: failed to create a child event loop - Caused by AntiVirus / Firewall software" have corrected my issue with the game crashing. Anti-virus - Diabled. Firewall - Disabled. New reinstall or erasing of .minecraft folder has had any change to the game crashing.
