[MC-219552] Cannot dismount boats or rideable mobs

If player tries to dismount a boat in water or a rideable mob on any area of land such a horse or a lama the player is stuck. Control normally used for dismounting does nothing, or player starts digging blocks surrounding them instead of selecting intended object to dismount

after trying to restart the game a couple of times it still wasn't working. But now the issue (at least currently) is resolved. I'm not sure what happened. I was having the same problem a few days ago and ended up having to kill my avatar to get loose. Thank you for replying.
