Cannot Consistently play Realms

I have Minecraft Java on my computer and I own a realm that I play on with two friends. We will be playing and I will randomly encounter 'error 500' and my whole entire WIFI disconnects and I have to wait up to 10 minutes to re-join my own realm. This is discouraging and makes me not want to play the game a paid for. 

P.S: I play many other games and have zero connectivity errors so it is not my personal connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my game, checked my files, and allowed Java through my firewall...still problem persist.
