Occasional glitching while swimming

Occasionally I glitch while swimming, rendering me unable to move underwater until I hold the "S" key to go backwards. Not ideal for navigation, especially during an escape.

Please provide a video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.
