ok so basically i have a realm & i play it with my friends, so when
we try to repair or enchant stuff the anvil, it doubles the enchantment
cost so is this a bug?

Duplicate of MCPE-107211. You reported on the wrong project. This issue is related to bedrock edition.
Every time you repair or enchant an item, the xp cost increases. This is intended.
