[MC-219962] Swastika can still be made using Carved Pumpkins/Jack o'Lanterns

While normal pumpkins cannot make a swastika, carved pumpkins/jack o'lanterns can still be placed to make one, as their top texture is identical to that of the normal pumpkin.

Could you check your resource packs? You could still be stuck on the old texture.
