Snapshot 21w11a Crash to desktop for OpenGL 3.2 call

Crash to desktop when trying to launch the latest snapshot.

As near as I can tell, it stems from calling WGL_ARB_create_context_profile (OpenGL 3.2) on a system with OpenGL 3.1

Upgrading is not possible at this time due to the GPU shortage.
