This new snapshot introduced a new bug which took away/heavily reduced the noise made after throwing an ender pearl. There is still audio for the damage taken after teleporting and there is still audio for the throwing sound.
(I am unable to take screenshots/record so i would greatly appreciate it if somebody could post some evidence for me in the comments )
