It renders random blocks that I can see but is not actually there this happens when Im in the overworld or the nether I don't know about the end but it's probably the same. The game is unplayable help.
Edit: Forgot to say that this happened after I installed Origin SMP Modpack and ran it with curse forge at first everything was fine then it did this normal Minecraft is fine
