In debug mode, try to place a block on a banner after trying breaking banner will make banner vanished

Steps to reproduce :

-> Go to the debug world

-> find banners

-> try to brake it

-> try to place a block on or right click on the banner

The banner is vanishing.

In the attached video, I tried breaking 2 banners and tried place cobblestone on, then I just tried to place cobblestone on two others.

Note that it works in survival mode, you just lose the block you tried to place.

After quitting and rejoining the world, banners are back and the block who was losed is in your hand.
