The hand animation plays when attempting to dye cat collars with the same color dye

The Bug:

The hand animation plays when attempting to dye cat collars with the same color dye.

Please note that this isn't doesn't occur with wolves.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a cat and tame it.

2. Switch into survival mode and obtain a red dye.

3. Attempt to apply the dye to the collar of the cat.

4. Take note as to whether or not the hand animation plays when attempting to dye cat collars with the same color dye.

Observed Behavior:

The hand animation plays.

Expected Behavior:

The hand animation would not play.
