i got spawn trapped in hardcore world but not in the others in the end

So in my hardcore world i went to the stronghold and to the end room and so i wanted to set my respawn as close as possible to get resources and go back to the end. So i put it right next to the portal and then after that i hopped in the end and could not go back to the overworld cuz i was spawn trapped but then i went to the new world and tried it again it would not trap me so i think my hardcore world glitched and i think i should report it
