The Section sign is not working the "§" is not showing up, I wanted to rename my items and i wanted them to be colored but the "§" did not work, is there anyway else this can work?

You can use dye on them to color them. Unfortunately, the '§' only works on Bedrock Edition.
Duplicate of MC-1572 which was later resolved as, "Works As Intended".
