[MC-220552] Lapis spawns at Y 49

So I just started a new world in the snapshot 21w11a and there was a ravine near spawn. So I went into it and I found some iron, coal, and copper. But while mining the iron, I found lapis at Y 49.

Not a bug, they adjusted how ores are generated, but it is not final. Here you can see how ores are generated now: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-snapshot-21w10a
(In 21w11a it was changed again a little bit, but they didn’t put that picture into the changelog.)

The ore generation regarding lapis was changed in 21w07a. Works As Intended.

Even though this is not for 21w11a, the lapis generation wasn't changed after 21w07a.
