[MC-220625] Character stuck looking down or up

Character stuck looking ether up or down. Camera Jittering around.

I play on a Virtual Machine however yesterday I did not have this problem.

I have tried redownloading Minecraft and restarting my VM, I have also messed with the dpi compatibility properties of Minecraft.

Does this issue also happen outside of a VM? Otherwise it's not really a valid bug since VMs usually mess with how the cursor works in ways incompatible with Minecraft (and Minecraft is not meant to be played in a VM anyways).

@violine1101 What do you mean "Minecraft is not meant to be played in a VM" ... why exactly would that be the case?

Also, say there are some compatability issues with cursors, why aren't they being addressed?
