Ghast's hitbox's line of sight points into body

The bug

When hitboxes are turned on, the blue line of sight of the Ghast points inward into the body rather than outside.

Reproduction steps

1. Turn on hitboxes using F3 + B

2. Go into spectator mode using /gamemode spectator

3. Summon a Ghast using the command /summon ghast ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1}

The blue line in the hitbox which represents the line of sight should point outwards, but instead points inward into the body of the Ghast.
