I tried to enchant a diamond pickaxe with fortune 3 and then it when i enchanted the pickaxe, it had fortune 2, so I used commands to get fortune 3, the chat said "Fortune III is not compatible with Diamond pickaxe" but it works with iron

If the iron pickaxe did not have fortune on it before you used /enchant, this would be MC-84104.
I am unable to reproduce this issue in 21w17a. I've attached a screenshot.
